— Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Dr. Rhonda.

With a deep-rooted commitment to service and excellence, I bring a unique blend of compassion, discipline, and clinical expertise to every family I serve. My journey began in the U.S. Air Force, where I proudly served as a Gulf War Veteran with deployments to South America, Central American and Europe.  These experiences strengthened my adaptability, cultural awareness, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

My healthcare career reflects a full-circle journey—from starting as a home health aide to becoming a doctoral-prepared Registered Nurse. With over 18 years of experience, I have developed a well-rounded, hands-on understanding of care at every level. My background includes hospice care, home care, public health nursing, adult and geriatric psychiatric care, dementia care, orthopedics, pediatrics, substance abuse and addiction services. I have also served as an educator, mentoring and preparing future healthcare professionals with a strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care.

As a doctoral-prepared nurse, I have supported individuals and families through some of their most vulnerable and meaningful moments. In addition to my professional experience, I have also served as a caregiver and advocate for both of my parents—one battling cancer and the other living with cardiovascular disease. That personal journey has given me a deeper understanding of the level of compassion, communication, and quality care that families not only expect, but truly deserve.

Now, as the founder of a WeCare Support at home, I am called to serve in a new and impactful way—helping elderly and disabled individuals maintain independence, comfort, and dignity in the place they call home. Our services focus on personalized, compassionate support, including assistance with bathing, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and daily living activities. I understand that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and I am committed to ensuring that every client and family feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.

My background in healthcare has taught me to listen deeply, assess needs thoroughly, and advocate wholeheartedly—values that are at the core of our care philosophy. I pride myself on being approachable, attentive, and detail-oriented, always putting the needs of our clients first.

This is more than a business—it is a continuation of my life’s mission to serve. I am honored to provide care that brings peace of mind to families and enhances the quality of life for those we serve.

“This is more than a business — it is a continuation of my life’s mission to serve.”
